Shrankhla Holecek is the Founder and CEO of UMA, a luxury skincare and wellness brand rooted in her family’s centuries-old expertise in organic farming and Ayurveda. Under her leadership, UMA has become a globally recognized name, known for its high-performance botanical formulations and commitment to sustainability. Before founding UMA, Shrankhla was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she advised Fortune 500 clients on strategy and operations, honing her expertise in business growth and innovation. She holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from BITS, Pilani. Beyond her entrepreneurial work, Shrankhla is deeply committed to philanthropy, particularly in the areas of education and women’s empowerment. She serves as a Board Member for Make-A-Wish Los Angeles, helping fulfill life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses, and for Women of Tomorrow Miami, an organization dedicated to mentoring and supporting at-risk young women.
