Lani Kane-Hanan

Lani Kane-Hanan is the Chief Executive Officer of Open Network Exchange, Inc. (ONE), a global leader in digital business solutions across the travel, hospitality, real estate, and financial sectors. ONE provides technology-driven sales, marketing, and fulfillment services to private and public businesses worldwide. Leveraging proprietary technology and a global network of sales and customer service centers, ONE helps clients develop innovative products and outsourced services that drive customer value and financial growth. Lani joined ONE in June 2023 after more than 20 years at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), where she served as EVP and Global Chief Product and Development Officer. She led teams responsible for new product development, resort planning, construction, inventory management, and innovation across the Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, and Hyatt Vacation Club brands. Before MVW, she was a senior leader in the real estate consulting practices of Arthur Andersen and Horwath Hospitality. Lani holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, where she serves on multiple advisory boards. She is a Board Director for the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and Make-a-Wish South Florida. As co-founder and past president of Women In The Industry (WIN), she advocates for women in hospitality. She is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, serving as Vice Chair and DEI Chair of the Recreational Development Council. A frequent speaker at industry conferences and universities, Lani resides in South Florida with her husband, Neil.
